Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Jeemsoft (“Jeemsoft”, “we”, “our”) for every app, website, and online service we publish (together, the “Services”). By installing, opening, or using a Service you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

Jeemsoft is a small software company that makes learning and productivity apps for Apple platforms, Android, and the web. You can reach us at info@jeemsoft.net.

2. Your right to use the Services

We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the terms of that store, which take precedence where the two disagree.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Services.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Some features are paid. Payments, renewals, trials, and refunds are handled entirely by the app store you bought from, under its rules; we never see your payment details. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices may change for future periods; we will tell you in the app before a change applies to you.

4. Your content

Anything you create inside a Service — notes, lists, progress, recordings — stays yours. We only handle it to provide the feature you are using (for example, to sync it between your devices or to generate a result from it). You are responsible for what you create and for keeping a backup of anything you cannot afford to lose.

5. What you agree not to do

You will not: copy, sell, rent, or redistribute a Service; reverse-engineer or extract its source code except where the law expressly allows it; interfere with its operation or with other users; use it to send unsolicited messages or unlawful content; or access it through automated means without our written permission.

6. Our content

The Services, their design, code, artwork, sounds, texts, and trademarks belong to Jeemsoft or to the parties who licensed them to us. Dictionary data, fonts, and other third-party material included in an app remain under their own licences, which are listed inside the app where required.

7. Changes, updates, and ending the Services

We improve the Services continuously. Updates may add, change, or remove features, and some may be required to keep using an app. We may suspend or end a Service, or your access to it, if you break these terms, if we are legally required to, or if we decide to stop offering it — in the last case we will try to give reasonable notice.

8. No warranty

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant the accuracy of any learning content, translation, or generated result. Use your own judgement before relying on them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Jeemsoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service concerned in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Jeemsoft is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we have a disagreement, contact us first — most issues can be settled by email. Any dispute that cannot be settled that way goes to the competent courts of that country, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to a court there.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the new terms.
